Having worked extensively on architecturally designed and premium residential homes, Mel has developed a keen eye for construction quality, building performance, material durability, and the subtle indicators that may point to underlying defects or future maintenance costs.
Unlike many standardised inspection services, SPI takes a highly detailed and consultative approach.
